Terms of Service

1. Master Services Framework

These Terms of Service govern all technical consultations, architectural blueprints, software engineering deliveries, and ongoing maintenance retainers provided by Giant Eye Tech to commercial clients globally. Individual projects are formally executed under explicit Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

We operate under a complete client ownership model:

• Custom Deliverables: Upon full milestone remuneration, 100% of bespoke source code, schema definitions, custom algorithms, and database migrations created under contract become the exclusive intellectual property of the client.
• Underlying Frameworks: Open-source components (e.g. Linux, PostgreSQL, Next.js, Kubernetes) remain governed by their respective permissive licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0).

3. Engineering Warranties & Code Quality

Every system delivered by Giant Eye Tech includes a standard 60-day post-launch warranty period during which all reproducible technical defects, concurrency locks, or security regression issues within defined project scope are resolved without additional cost.

4. Confidentiality & Security Compliance

Both parties agree to uphold strict mutual confidentiality regarding trade secrets, source code, server credentials, and financial metrics. All client systems are architected with adherence to modern security benchmarks including least-privilege IAM, encrypted transport (TLS 1.3), and encrypted data-at-rest.

5. Governing Law & Arbitration

Unless mutually specified in an authorized master service agreement, contractual agreements are governed by applicable corporate laws. Disputes will be settled through binding commercial arbitration.
